    Dear Plot Owners,

    This is a small initiative to bring all of us together.Please share your details such as Name,Plot Number,Contact details so as to know each other and initiate development activities.I am the owner of the club house being constructed 7-8 years back and also the owner of the staff quarters in cosmo city -1,on Nagulapally road,Shadnagar.

    I see no development in the venture, despite the location advantage, viscinity to the town.If everyone comes together, definetely things can change over a period of time. As I understand, the plot value instead of appreciating got depreciated due to not having a formal association of the plot owners.Small little contributions such as membership fee, periodic maintenance of each plot, group plantation and watering to the same can bring value to your property.I have met few owners who visit their plots once in a blue moon neither helps the venture nor gives you expected return on your investments.

    Hence, I request all the plot owners to be pro active to get the benifits

    Dear All,

    with the support of many plot owners in this two year period, we have become a stong group of 50+ plot owners as members of Cosmocity plot owners welfare association and still counting.

    Thanks to the tremondous support of many plot owners who have become member in the whats app group by paying Rs. 1300 towards membership fee per plot.
