PRESENT CONDITION OF COSMO CITY - 1,SHADNAGAR

Dear All,

As conveyed created this blog for use of many plot owners who own a piece of land in COSMO CITY-1 layout and also for the general public to know about this area in case if they are interested in buying,selling or even going for development activities such as construction of a House / Villa or creating a farm house in their own premises.

I have entered into this premise about an year ago and is the owner of the building which is the only building in the layout.

I understand that this layout was done at around 10 years back and due to various constraints the development which many have expected may not have happened.

I feel that instead of value increase of your property, there is probably a stagnation or even decline in the property value than what you have invested at the time of purchase.

I was just wondering what can be done so that we move forward.Towards this I have created a what's app group by name " COSMO CITY at SHADNAGAR", and so far we could gather about 20-30 contacts of Plot owners / relatives to initially create a platform to share the views.

As mentioned, I have renovated the only Villa in the premise and very recently has named it as "COUNTRYSIDE RESORTS", Nagulapally Road, Shadnagar as a Guest House,Lodging ,Banquet,Conference facility etc..for the use of my customers.

As regards the development of the venture, I request all the members to share their views to move forward.

Towards this, I propose the following :

1. To invite all the Plot owners for a meeting and discuss the matters of mutual interest and form a formal welfare association.

2. To cleanup the entire venture where at present, majority of

plots cannot be identified due to unwanted grown up trees etc..
